{"id":8483,"date":"2023-10-06T16:42:29","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T14:42:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.phage.help\/non-classe\/comment-les-phages-parviennent-mieux-dans-le-sang-lors-dune-administration-orale\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T09:35:32","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T07:35:32","slug":"comment-les-phages-parviennent-mieux-dans-le-sang-lors-dune-administration-orale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.phage.help\/fr\/non-classe\/comment-les-phages-parviennent-mieux-dans-le-sang-lors-dune-administration-orale\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment les phages parviennent mieux dans le sang lors d&rsquo;une administration orale"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  class='av_textblock_section av-lnepj6vn-89422968e265a40443b82e769ca6526d '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Dans cet article, nous comparons l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rents agents pharmacologiques (ranitidine et om\u00e9prazole) pour faciliter le transit des phages de l&rsquo;estomac vers les parties distales du tractus gastro-intestinal chez le rat.<\/p>\n<p>Nous montrons qu&rsquo;une modification temporelle du milieu dans l&rsquo;estomac de l&rsquo;animal peut prot\u00e9ger efficacement le phage th\u00e9rapeutique antistaphylococcique A5\/80 de type Twort (provenant de la collection de bact\u00e9riophages de l&rsquo;Institut Hirszfeld d&rsquo;immunologie et de th\u00e9rapie exp\u00e9rimentale de l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie polonaise des sciences \u00e0 Wroc\u0142aw, Pologne) contre l&rsquo;inactivation par le suc gastrique, permettant ainsi \u00e0 une proportion significative de l&rsquo;A5\/80 administr\u00e9 par voie orale d&rsquo;atteindre l&rsquo;intestin.<\/p>\n<p>Fait int\u00e9ressant, nous avons d\u00e9couvert que le yaourt peut favoriser relativement fortement le transit des phages. Compte tenu de l&rsquo;effet immunomodulateur des phages, nos donn\u00e9es sugg\u00e8rent que les phages et le yaourt peuvent agir en synergie dans la m\u00e9diation de leurs effets probiotiques et augmenter l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la phagoth\u00e9rapie orale. <\/p>\n<p>Nous montrons \u00e9galement que des phages administr\u00e9s par voie orale de taille, morphologie et sensibilit\u00e9 au milieu acide similaires peuvent diff\u00e9rer dans leur passage dans la circulation sanguine. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 chez des souris, o\u00f9 un phage th\u00e9rapeutique antistaphylococcique A5\/80 a atteint le sang apr\u00e8s administration orale en combinaison avec un antiacide, tandis que le phage T4 n&rsquo;a pas pu \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9, m\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait administr\u00e9 \u00e0 une dose 10\u00b3 fois sup\u00e9rieure.
