Cet \u00e9chantillon est examin\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter la pr\u00e9sence de bact\u00e9ries. Les bact\u00e9ries trouv\u00e9es sont cultiv\u00e9es sur une plaque d\u2019agar et expos\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents antibiotiques.
